- During online booking, you only need to pay SGD 10.00 advanced payment for each Universal Studio's ticket. You have to pay the outstanding amount when collecting admission tickets from SriMaju Group.
- Weekend & peak season tickets and black-out dates tickets are only valid on selected tour date.
- Weekday tickets require one working day to process while weekend & peak season tickets and black-out dates tickets require three working days to process.
- Free admission for children below 4 years old.
